Do you accept refunds and returns?
For damaged mail: Please contact me with pictures and details of your order, and we can discuss solutions accordingly!
For lost mail: I am happy to resend your mail. Please contact me if you haven’t received your mail more than 5 weeks after your shipping confirmation.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive within 1–2 weeks of shipment.
When do you ship out mail?
On the 27th–29th of the month, unless notified otherwise!
What is the signup deadline for this month’s mail club?
Sign up by the 21st of each month to receive that month’s subscription. Signups after the 21st will begin with the following month’s subscription.
